Default Don't let the sun go down while you are still angry

And don't sin by letting anger control you. Don't let the sun go down while you are still angry, for anger gives a foothold to the devil. (NLT) Ephesians 4:26-27

Festering anger only leads to resentment and irritability, which break down relationships. While some distance may help temporarily, don't allow the issue to go unresolved. God provides peace, grace and forgiveness to all of us, and desires us to extend the same acts to others. If you're experiencing these moments with your spouse or kids, apply this tool given to us by God.

So true, anger blocks us from our God. When we shut down and close down our feelings, we block the positive and the negative. How can our God reach us if we are closed down and our mind is closed.

There is nothing wrong with anger as long as we don't bury it, we have to feel it, in order to let it go!

What I thought was anger, covered up a lot of emotions that I didn't know was there. It can be anger, or things that make us angry, or rooted in the past and we have not yet dealt with it in today.
