Default P-O-W-E-R Day 6: PUSH

P-O-W-E-R Day 6: PUSH by SGLY Ministry

Today’s Scripture: I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:14 NKJV

Today’s Thought:
There is an well known acrostic written by someone unknown to me, titled: P.U.S.H.
It says: Pray Until Something Happens
I believe this is good advice. We must continually keep pressing forward toward our goals.

Today’s Prayer:
Dear God,
Today I pray that You will give me the strength I need to continue pressing forward.
I know reaching goals is not easy Lord, often it is hard work, so whenever I am weary Lord, I pray that You would remind me to P.U.S.H.
I want to live in the power of Your Spirit daily, Lord.
Your word says that You give power to the weak, and to those who have no might You increase their strength. (Isaiah 40:29).
So, please give me whatever I need to continue pressing forward to reach the goals You have set for me.

Today’s Action:
Push. Pray. Keep going. Press on.
…let us run with endurance the race God has set before us. Hebrews 12:1 NLT

Remember to:
Plan–Pray–Prepare–Proceed–Purpose–Push

We stay sober and clean together - one day at a time!
