Most of us are used to numbing our pain, we run from it like a plague. This way of handling pain not only doesn't work it causes more and more pain until it becomes quite impossible to live. When we reached this point we are at the jumping off place that so many of us have been to. I was told when I had reached that place not to waste the pain, but to use it to help me to find a better way to live. I did this by realizing I didn't have to live in such a way that was causing me all this pain that there had to be another way. That was the first time I had ever given any value to my pain from then on I learned to use pain in a way that shows me where I don't want to be
