All of us begin our recovery in the same way. It all starts for us by accepting the fact that we do have this problem and that we need and want help with having it. Then we have to open our minds to what's being said to us about what's best for all of us to do about having this problem. When we all tried doing this is where all of us run into trouble to open our minds up. Because once we do all of us start to think that by doing this that somehow we'll be brainwashed if we do so none of us will allow ourselves to do this. Recovery is all about changing, and we have to be willing to change our minds about ourselves, and the world that we live in if we want to be in recovery, and the world doesn't need to change, we do, and we all can and will change as soon as we all decide to open our minds up to what is being said to us about being in recovery. After we all do this, it allows for all of us to be able to change our minds so that we all can do the things it takes for all of us to be in recovery.
