Default God Is or He isn't!

Either He is, or He isn't!

Often we create our own grief and pain. We refuse to let go, we pull on the blanket of denial, and we live in a world of fantasy. It is good to have dreams, but it is important to stay in today and be grounded in the present. We plan for the future. We don't plan the outcome, we leave that up the the Universe to provide.
Often it is grander than anything we ever imagined. Other times we limit ourselves by a narrow outlook and tunnel vision.
Open the vastness of your mind. Let your imagination soar, and dream big!!!

My God is so much bigger than all my fears. Either He is, or He isn't!

Caring isn't forgetting! Sometimes we have difficulties with the the words, but actions can speak louder.

I have to wonder at God's Greatness that makes life happen and unfold, especially in this peaceful way, when I see the beauty of His Creation.

I had yellow roses at both my marriages. I couldn't blame the roses for two failed marriages. They were not the bad luck charms, yet we can reach out to the littlest thing to excuse our own failings and choices.

I had a temperature of 104 deg. the night before the wedding. I had to have a tall attractive blonde stand in for me at the wedding rehearsal because my husband had never been a part of a wedding before. My doctor suggested it be cancelled, and I got a shot in the butt to get me up the aisle the next day. How is that for a signal that the wedding wasn't to take place and I can still hear myself saying, "I am going down that aisle even if I have to crawl." Pretty sad! To he was running around with other women several weeks later and months later introducing them to me.

To top it all off, he came to me about a month before the wedding to say he wasn't sure he was ready to settle down and get married. I said, "It is a good thing you said something now, you had better decide read quick as to what you want to do." A few days later, he came back and said, "I love you, I want to marry you." I believed him. Perhaps, I wanted to believe him. My friend had gotten married, and it seems a cool thing to do. He later told me he would have left earlier if it hadn't been for the money I was bringing in. My pay cheque was bigger than his, until he quit his job and started to work for Ford. When he got the better job, he moved out and didn't make child care payments. He moved out when his son was 2 months old.

A lot of hurt and pain, that the program helped me to recognized, heal and deal with. I share that someone else may recognize something in their own life, that they too may find the healing they need for the release of their own pain.

God is! Because He has been there for me, without Him, I wouldn't be clean and sober in today.
