Beef Noodle Casserole
1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 pkg. beefy onion soup mix 1 small can cream of mushroom soup 3/4 soup can of water 1 small can sliced mushrooms drained 1 1/2 c. milk 8 oz. pkg. shredded cheese 8 oz. wide egg noodles Brown ground beef and drain grease. Mix together dry beefy onion soup mix and can of cream of mushroom soup with 3/4 soup can of water and add that to ground beef and add can of mushrooms also and mix altogether; simmer for about 20 minutes. Boil noodles as directed on package until tender. Drain water from noodles and add meat mixture. Stir in milk and put into 9x11 inch baking dish. Top with cheese and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. **For the cheese part I used a mix of shredded cheddar cheese and shredded six cheese Italian blend. **If you just have dry onion soup mix then I would add 1 beef bouillon cube. To me it was better heated up the next day. I had peas as a side to go with it.
