Learning To Do Something About It
Our dislike for ourselves for us who have this problem stems from all of us wishing we could be like someone that doesn't have it. Nothing gets us all in more trouble with ourselves then when we all have done this. Recovery tells us we all have to smash this idea because it only leads to us hurting ourselves, and no good will ever come from it. We all can't change the fact that we have this problem to begin with, and wishing that we didn't have it once we realize we do, doesn't work either. Ironically, it's by accepting that we do have this problem that does work. Because it frees all of us to be able to do something about having it. We're all keeping ourselves from being in the position to do something about having this problem when we're all wishing we were like others who don't have this problem. None of us really know why we have this problem just that we do, and that we're better off once we accept that we do, so we can learn how we can do something about having it.
