Joyful

I am radiant, joyous, and free.

True happiness doesn’t come from anything outside of me. It bubbles up and spills over from a wellspring of gratitude and happiness within. Life may have challenges and situations that are beyond my control, but I will still find reasons to celebrate and choose to be joy-filled.

I start by connecting with my heart. Taking a breath, I feel the cleansing activity of Spirit. I move into the space of joy, aware of my Source—the life within every cell of my body. Exhaling, I relax and release, taking a moment to allow the realization to land: God is all. There is nowhere God is not.

The things of the world will pass, but Spirit will always be eternal. I am radiant, joyous, and free.

Be glad in the Lord and rejoice, O righteous, and shout for joy, all you upright in heart.—Psalm 32:11
