Switching It Up
By the time we arrive at recovery this problem of ours has become so ingrained in us that to some of us it seems to be who we are, but it's not. We all still belong to ourselves, and not to this problem, and the way we all have become after this problem took hold of us. We all can get back to where this problem is no longer ruining our lives, and the way we all do this is by all of us being in recovery. There is no other way that addresses exactly what our problem is, and then shows all of us how we can learn to live with having it. If we keep on doing the work to make recovery part of our lives it too will become just as ingrained in us and after it does we all will be able to choose it instead of our problem. This takes time to happen and we all need to allow for that time, but when it does happen it's so nice to be able to have a choice to do something other than what problem is having us all do. We've all thought we had no choice in this matter of us having this problem, but we all do get a choice after we make being in recovery part of us.
