As one of the readings said the other day, it is okay to look back at the past, but don't stare. I try to focus in today, and if I do the do things, the future will fall in place. If I try to focus on the future, I can miss out on today. When I leave it up to my God, it is so much more rewarding, happier, and healthy for me. He leaves the choice to me. He give me options, but the one thing above all things, I need to stay clean and sober in today. Without that I have nothing, let alone a future.
