Another day of breath
Every meeting ever attended
Every treatment facility that took me in
All my working limbs
All my senses in working order
The countless people im connected to both in and out of the program
The many regular challenges in front of me - all opportunities for self reflection and growth
Everything that built up around me in my recovery
Everything that then collapsed when i returned to drugs and alcohol
The exausting experience of living for years by self propulsion
Drugs and alcohol returning me back to the simplicity of letting go
