Principles of the 12 Steps - Bluidkiti's Alcohol and Drug Addictions Recovery Help/Support Forums

These are good to include in our recovery along with the spiritual principles of the program which are so seldom talked about.

Here is the version of the 12 Principles of the Program (as I learned them)...
Step One-Honesty
Step Two-Hope
Step Three-Faith
Step Four-Courage
Step Five-Integrity
Step Six-Willingness
Step Seven-Humility
Step Eight-Brotherly Love
Step Nine-Justice
Step Ten-Perseverance
Step Eleven-Spiritual
Step Twelve-Service

I always thing that surrender and acceptance are needed to take Step One, 100% before we can truly move on to the other Steps and to them to the best of our ability.

When you get to Step 12, we go back to Step On.e That is why it says, to my way of thinking, "Practice these principles in all our affairs.
