What's our problem
Our illness is a faulty dependence that we form as a way to cope with something that's unpleasant, usually. This happens in many different ways, but once it's established in each of us it looks similar for all of us. It's best if we can learn to switch our dependence to something that's not destructive like alcohol, or the many other things that can be just as damaging. Trying to go back and undo what made us the way we are never works. Having a healthy dependence is nothing to be ashamed of. In one way or another all people have dependence
