Today's Bible Verse: Colossians 1:21-22 Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior. But now he has reconciled you by Christ's physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation. (NIV)

Today's Inspiring Thought: Free from Accusation

Before we came to salvation in Jesus Christ, our sin separated us from God (Isaiah 59:2).

But when we received Christ's gift of reconciliation, we were made holy and blameless in his sight. God sees us "in Christ," cleansed from the blemish of sin. We were made free from accusation.

Does your past sometimes raise its ugly head to accuse you? The next time it does, see yourself as God sees you—holy, blameless, and free from accusation!
