Osho says that greed is wanting to be anywhere but where you are at. Acceptance of what is, knowing it is subject to change, and the willingness to pray and ask for it.
When I want what you have and not what I have, then I am discounting myself and my God. They say the grass is greener on the other side of the fence, a long time thought and yet it is such thoughts that we need to change. Something that looks good doesn't always mean it is good for you. When we plan, manipulate and try to make things happen, we miss out on today. We project into tomorrow, only tomorrow never comes.
