Today’s Scripture: 2 Peter 2:11 (NLT): But the angels, even though they are far greater in power and strength than these false teachers, never speak out disrespectfully against the glorious ones.

Today’s Thought: We need to be mighty careful of what comes out of our mouths. Even if someone is wrong, show respect. Remember, life & death is in your tongue. What will you choose today?

Today’s Prayer: Lord, help me speak life into everyone I encounter today. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen!

*****

Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business and to work with your hands, just as we told you, so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody. —1 Thessalonians 4:11-12

*****

John 14:23 Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.

*****

Always be joyful.Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you who belong to Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

*****

Seek good, not evil, that you may live. Then the Lord God Almighty will be with you, just as you say he is. Amos 5:14
